IN-PERSON & ONSITE LEARNING

PEOPLE PLACES PROJECT (2018-2023) is a series of artist-led outreach workshops designed to inspire imagination and creativity, and make hands-on art-making accessible to those that might not otherwise have the opportunity to experience it. Each year the Mass Creativity program consists of complimentary workshops in diverse communities in San Diego and culminate in a free all-day event at The New Children’s Museum

 

BRIDGE (2013-2020) Addressing the social and emotional needs of the community through a series of public engagement workshops, events and lectures. The mission is to bridge the gap between education and community through unique partnerships and grant funding to provide free or low-cost workshops. Events activate community dialogue on topics on identity, culture, representation through the exploration of art-making materials.
